Returns for Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping issues, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1.Notify Us Within 7 Days

Please email us at hello@codigomateria.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

2.Return the Damaged Item

Once we’ve received your message, we’ll provide instructions for the return of the item.

3.Replacement or Refund

Replacement: If available, we’ll send you a new piece at no extra cost.

Refund: If no replacement is possible, we’ll refund the full purchase amount.
