Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union. All prices include taxes, and there are no hidden customs duties for EU destinations.

Availability & production time
Some of our pieces are ready to ship. These are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order.

Other pieces are made to order — produced specially for you in our Barcelona studio once you place your order. These usually take 1 to 2 weeks to make, and then ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Each product page tells you whether the piece is ready to ship or made to order, so you'll know what to expect before you buy. If you're unsure, email us at studio@codigomateria.com or send us a message via the WhatsApp button.

Because each piece is produced in small batches, availability can vary. If an item shows as unavailable, it will return — feel free to contact us to ask when, or to request a piece.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within approximately one week, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost
Shipping within the EU is free.

Packaging
Our work is ceramic and fragile, so every order is carefully hand-packed to protect it in transit and arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Damaged or lost orders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, email us at studio@codigomateria.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
